Ways to Work Together

Choose the kind of support that feels right for you.

Biofield Tuning

A sound-based practice for deep rest, regulation, and reconnection.

Biofield Tuning uses the vibration of tuning forks to invite the body and mind into a more settled state. Sessions offer space to slow down, ease tension, and reconnect with yourself through sound and vibration.

Available in person on Long Island and virtually.

Sound Meditation

An invitation to pause, listen, and deeply rest.

Sound meditation combines crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to create an immersive experience in sound.

Each session offers space to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself through deep listening and stillness.

Available for private sessions and group experiences.

Group Experiences

Restorative experiences designed to bring people together.

Sound meditation and mindfulness experiences can be thoughtfully tailored for retreats, private gatherings, celebrations, and community spaces.

Each experience creates an opportunity to step away from the noise, slow down, and reconnect — individually and collectively.

Available for private groups, retreats, corporate wellness, special events, and community gatherings.

Speaking & Workshops

Experiences that invite people to pause, learn, and reconnect.

I offer talks and experiential workshops exploring the nervous system, chronic stress, mindfulness, sound, and sensory awareness.

Blending accessible education with experiential practices, each offering creates space to pause, reconnect, and experience these concepts firsthand.

Available for conferences, professional organizations, wellness events, and community programs.
